At P&L Management, we provide our residents with seamless access to their account information through our secure online tenant portal, available via both mobile and desktop. Through the portal, residents can:

Upon signing your lease, you will receive an email invitation to activate your Propertyware tenant portal account. To ensure uninterrupted access, we kindly ask that you complete your account activation within 48 hours. Your email will include a direct link to the login page, or you may access the portal anytime using the button below.

At P & L Management, we pride ourselves on offering attentive, responsive service to all of our residents. Our team is here to assist you with any needs that may arise throughout your residency.

  • For all maintenance needs, please submit a request through your Tenant Portal for prompt service. For urgent maintenance issues, you may also contact us 24/7 by calling (424) 400-1103

    For any situation that threatens life or safety, please immediately dial 911 before contacting our office.

  • Our property management and leasing team is available by call or text at (424) 400-1103 during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Rent is due on the first of each month. Payments should be mailed to:

  • Yes. Through your Tenant Portal, you can securely enroll in automatic payments for added convenience and to avoid late fees.

  • For any accounting inquiries, including rent payments and balances, please contact Tracy, from our property management team, directly at tracy@pandlms.com.

  • We require written notice in accordance with your lease agreement, typically 30 days in advance. Notices can be conveniently submitted through your Tenant Portal.
