RENTAL APPLICATION
RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS CRITERIA
To be considered for tenancy with P&L Management Services, applicants must meet
the following minimum requirements:
1. Monthly take home pay should be equal to or more than 3x the rent amount with a verifiable income source.
2. A minimum of 12 months of continuous, verifiable rental or residence history.
3. No misdemeanor or felony convictions within the past 10 years.
4. No current or pending eviction proceedings.
5. Each applicant must demonstrate a positive credit history.
PET QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Applicable only to properties that allow pets. Assistance animals are exempt from the following criteria.
1. Dogs weighing more than 30 lbs. must be at least five (5) years of age.
2. Dogs under 30 lbs. must be at least two (2) years of age.
