MEET TRACY
Operations Manager
Tracy Baldwin is the Operations Manager at P&L Management Services, Inc., bringing over 27 years of experience to her role. For the past eight years, she has been a key member of the P&L team, where she currently oversees a portfolio of more than 100 doors across Southern California. A lifelong resident of Torrance, California, Tracy has strong ties to the South Bay community and is proud to serve the area she’s always called home. Inspired by her mother, who also worked in property management, Tracy decided early on to follow a similar path after finishing school. Before joining P&L, Tracy worked for 19 years as a Property Manager at Don Wilson Builders, a well-established property management company founded in 1955. There, she managed 314 units at the Park Vista property in central Torrance and collaborated with team members on five additional properties in the area. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys traveling and has made it a family tradition to take trips every year since her children were born. She values quality time with her family and enjoys making memories together as often as possible.

Since starting his career in 2003, he has guided more than 100 clients through successful transactions, with total sales exceeding $100 million. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
