Property Management Assistant
Travis Castro is the Property Management Assistant at P & L Management Services where he supports daily operations across different properties throughout the South Bay. Travis is currently studying Business Administration going into CSU Dominguez Hills through the Honors Transfer Program. Travis always knew he wanted to be in the real estate industry and is committed to achieving his goals through his studies and hands on experience in the field. He's proud of giving back to his community through hundreds of volunteer hours across different South Bay gems like the Wilson Park Farmers Market, The SPCALA Animal Shelter, and many Torrance Unified School District (TUSD) fundraisers.

Ben Larson is the owner of P & L Management Services, a property management company he has successfully run for over 13 years. Ben is deeply involved in all aspects of the business, including leasing, maintenance coordination, client relations, and long-term strategy. His hands-on leadership and commitment to transparency have helped establish P & L as a trusted partner for property owners throughout the South Bay. With a strong focus on proactive service and efficient operations, Ben ensures each property under management is positioned for long-term success.
Ben’s deep understanding of investment properties comes from nearly 20 years of real estate experience. Since starting his career in 2003, he has guided more than 100 clients through successful transactions, with total sales exceeding $100 million. Known for his negotiation skills and market insight, Ben built a strong reputation in the real estate world—experience that now enhances his property management work by providing valuable perspective on investment decisions and long-term portfolio planning.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
