TENANTS
Our property management software provides tenants with the convenience to access account information online from either mobile or desktop. Tenants can:
●View Rental Details
●Review and edit your contact information
●Communicate with the property management team
● Give notice to vacate
As a new tenant, you will be sent an email containing a link to access our online tenant portal through Propertyware. Once you receive this email you have 48 hours to respond and activate your account. Included in the email will be a link to the login page, but you can also click the button below to log in to your portal.
Property Manager
During 9:00 am to 5:00 pm you can contact the property manager and leasing agent via call or text at 424-400-1103
Maintenance
For maintenance emergencies and or maintenance requests please contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 424-400-1103 or use the tenant portal link above to submit a request online.
Of course if there is a life threatening emergency please dial 911!
