Rental Qualifications:

1. Monthly take home pay requirement should be equal to or more than 3x the rent amount with a verifiable income source.

2. Minimum of 12 months rental or residence history

3. No Misdemeanor or Felony conviction for the past 10 years

4. No Pending Eviction

5. Each applicant must have a positive credit

Pet Qualification if Property Allows Pets with the exception of assistance animals:

Note: All Pets will undergo owner approval

1. Large breed dogs weighing more than 30 lbs. must be over 5 years of age

2. Small breeds over 2 years of age
